Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
• You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Schedule

• Orders placed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays) will ship by 3:00 PM the following business day.
• Orders placed over the weekend will ship by 3:00 PM on Monday (excluding holidays).
• Orders placed near holidays may be subject to special cutoff dates to ensure on-time delivery. Please check our website or contact customer service for holiday schedules.

Shipping Methods & Rates

• We ship via UPS, depending on your location, package weight, and the shipping speed you select at checkout.
• Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout.
• Free domestic shipping may be available during special promotions or for qualifying orders.

Domestic Shipping (Within the U.S.)

• Standard shipping typically arrives within 5–8 business days after processing.
• Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
• Please allow 7–14 business days in total to receive your package via standard UPS Ground.

International Shipping

• We offer international shipping via UPS and DHL.
• Rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
• International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply upon delivery.

In-Store Pickup

• Free in-store pickup is available at Ruth’s Bookstore, located in the Center for Jewish History (New York City).
• You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.

Important Notes

• Ruth’s Bookstore is not responsible for shipping delays due to weather, customs, or incorrect address information.
